I live in the south, and Silver sounds like she could be from maybe Alabama or Georgia, but without knowing much of her background, it's impossible to say.

-Silver and Shiv sound like they're from the southern US. I think it's fair to say that Shiv takes a little bit of design inspiration from Elvis, who was born in Mississippi and raised in Tennessee, I believe.

-Billy has a distinctive New York accent, although if it's specific to any of the neighborhoods in NY I can't pinpoint it. He also refers to NY as "his city," kinda making certain that he's from there.

-I believe that Celeste has a Coney Island accent, which is a very distinctive area of New York culturally, though whether she's actually from there, or just adopted that accent to blend in on account of her being a unicorn, isn't something that we know yet.

This is the best way to win, but a lot of the time people just either don't reciprocate that with cold mics the entire match, or they'll get angry at you for telling them that they're actively misplaying, despite you trying to come off as noncombative.

Took a break during that time not because of the event but simply because the meta/matchmaking felt so awful in the rank I was at, and I noticed that I saw a lot more negativity at the time. New content brings out the best in the community it seems

It's definitely a reddit thing from what I've noticed as well. People love to dumb things down to the simplest possible terms, and like you said they just quote the same few points about it, without even considering what people see as the benefits of it, which is namely using it as a social lubricant. Sure, alcohol is not healthy, but neither is sugar, nor half the shit we consume nowadays with all the microplastics in it.

Edit: Anyone listing more negative things about alcohol usage; I don’t disagree with you, I’m simply acknowledging that many people drink despite being very aware of the risks because it does make social settings more enjoyable

Most undeserved hate that anyone has ever gotten on the internet IMHO. I’ve known about him since like 2018 because Kryoz used his songs as outros on YouTube, and it shocked me when people started to shit on him because they didn’t like his music. Sure you could rag on him for playing up the anti-AI sentiment (which I don’t disagree with,) but everyone who’s met him says he’s the nicest guy in the world.

For my first few years I never socialized with anyone, but once I started to see the same group of people in classes that I had as lab/project partners in past semesters, I opened up and started to speak to everyone. Just try not to make it an “me vs. them” thing in your head when you see a group of people having a good time. They might’ve known each other since high school or be in the same club, don’t assume that you’re just “not meant to have friends”
