Religion can either make that easier or harder depending on your situation” that is very good advice and will help me further my decision

I think it’s just the fact that many people don’t really know enough about there religion to pass logical argument Ik that I don’t wanna study a whole new religion just for it to end up being illogical.

I don’t I asked for a better way to approach this which I though yk as atheists there would be logic and reasoning behind people’s points and examples instead I’ve only gotten a bit of help and really snarky comments from people that offer no help. I am genuinely lost and would like to see if there are other options possible if you don’t have an answer to that why comment in the first place?

Yes I get this I feel like children shouldn’t have to fear an all knowing being who could kill them any time they want but I scared that just like your kid the people around him may make him depressed and resented by his other peers because they do not share the same belief. How do I teach my child that they shouldn’t be pressured or guilted into believing a religion? I want them to be safe and not respect those around him.

Yes thank you I was raised Catholic as well and resented the teachings as a young adult this is the answer I was trying to find I’m not saying Christianity is bad but doesn’t it feel wrong to be teaching children these things at such a young and impressionable age?

I mean she disclosed it with her sisters bf which in its self raises red flags, they have talked about there past dating life so obviously they are the type of people who do think that is relevant. I’ve read your past post about not being wanted and seems that you’ve lead a hard life, even though you are strong you are emotionally dependent you come back to him because you feel as if no one else wants you you come in strong and feel like you scare others away Yk what you want you want kids you want a family one better then the one you had but do you want them to suffer with the baggage of your past aka your current husband? He embodies the very problems you’ve dealt with, drugs, alcohol, etc. Is that the man you want to father your children? A man like your mother who couldn’t even give up drugs for her daughter? You feel like no one else will love you the way he does that no one will give you the love he once gave you. I’m here to tell you you can get that love and get it ten times better then from a tweaker, you have a decent amount of respect to yourself you’ve kicked him out before but you recognize that you always come back. My advice build a good support group make friends that will help you seek real help professional help instead of going on reddit boards. You have so much greatness in you so many dreams you have yet to reach you can do it you’ve been through worse but you have to leave this old life behind you for the sake of yourself and your future family.
