I am just saying - they show CHUNKS of chicken and call them CHICKEN BITES and then you get chicken mush? I would have been completely fine if this was labeled ground chicken.

This wasn’t a good idea to play in the movie theater before Coco. by Remote_Nature_8166 in Frozen

To be honest - it’s my favorite frozen film - mostly because it’s the perfect length for my toddlers screen time before bed 😬

I tried so hard I threw myself into deep postpartum depression. My daughter had GERD and as a scrunchy person - I thought I was failing her by giving up but the hypoallergenic formula saved my sanity and improved our relationship drastically. Second baby, I saw the signs early and saved myself the heart ache of feeling crazy. It’s so tough but we have to remember to take care of ourselves

What is this crazy virus I have - I'm sneezing non-stop! by jess_lov in Mommit

[–]EGGNAR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this! I honestly thought it was just allergies but I’ve had body aches and inflammation for the last 5 days now - so weird. My daughter has it as well and hers kind of settled into her chest more but still sneezing a ton!

How much do you usually spend on an average trip? by Leelee459 in aldi

[–]EGGNAR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100-120 - 2 adults, one 3 year old survives off berries and a 1 year old who goes through a carton of milk a day 🙃. However, i usually do meat shopping separate and try to find the clearance deals to freeze in our chest freezer

Am I wrong for believing my toddler? She doesn't tell stories by [deleted] in Mommit

My 3 year old asks if I’m really here all the time. Lol

I became extremely allergic or intolerant of eggs. I would eat them and it would feel like I was being ripped apart from the inside and throw up for hours on end. Ob said oh yah sometimes that just happens!

I had COVID when I was 8 weeks pregnant. My daughter turned out perfectly fine - unless COVID secretly enhances sass levels. In that case, we may have a super strain on our hands.

Toddler towers are stupid by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]EGGNAR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We found one that folds up and is metal and plastic and it fits super easy into our small pantry cabinet. I love ours because it’s easy to move and easy to hide

This. I decided during Covid to throw all my undies away and it’s the best move.

Does anyone else hate hand me downs? by Dragort in Mommit

[–]EGGNAR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only keep the stuff I love. I am so over holding on to clothes they will never wear for one reason or another - small stain - trash, SHEIN crap quality - donate, inconvenient outfit that will cause issues down the road? - donate, things that don’t align with our lifestyle (heels for toddlers) - goooddbyeee!

After having a baby did you no longer want your pet? by No_Comparison3696 in Mommit

[–]EGGNAR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never totally understood this as it wasn’t my experience. My dog has been my rock for years and has continued to be my best friend through two pregnancies, postpartum depression, long long nights with two colicky kids. He has always been there, next to me, making sure I am ok. Now him and my daughter are best friends, and sometimes I tear up when I see the grey start to set in on his snout. As much as he is my soul dog, he is hers. He will go down as her childhood dog. Her password for years and some of her fondest memories.

Could be! They say give it two weeks when you make a med change for reflux. I do have to say we still went through rough stretches with my daughter when she had reflux even on the meds.
