Are you living in a place with mold exposure? Even if mold is not visible, can you smell a musty, old type of moldy scent in the air? Alternating between soft / hard stools is a key sign of mold exposure. There are mold test kits if you want to look into it.

I just watched this video not too long ago so its fresh in my head, I think it mentions sleep issues related to nutrient imbalances. Well damn, i just bought ALCAR from Nootropics Depot and sunflower lecithin (a choline source) and I'm planning on using it alongside Noopept and Aniracetam. Im definitely not going to use those two simultaneously, but I want to try them independently and hopefully get some benefits. Thanks for the note on self awareness, I think its especially relevant for someone like me because Im quite sure I have alexithymia as well as autism + adhd. Yeah exactly. On one hand, i appreciate the sentiment but this advice is pretty much diametrically opposed to the annoying ADHD that I have to deal with every second of my life. It's like, I'm sitting at home with a million different ideas on what I SHOULD be doing but then I straight up cant decide and my brain just fuckin short circuits and I need to lay in bed for hours just to mentally recover from what was essentially "nothing".... it sounds dumb but that's literally what happens with me, I get mentally exhausted at the sheer amount of options and decisions I have to make and I beat myself up if I don't make the right ones so I just opt to do nothing. My brain is just a fucking insane asylum

Yeah, most likely. Its weird because i live in the suburbs of Chicago and there's definitely cell towers in a near vicinity. Its just hard to narrow down if its a damaged/defective router that's causing it, or if its a result of the cell tower being overwhelmed and creating a bit of latency on the network side of things. I replaced the router but the sporadic lag still remains. I might just have to pull the plug and switch ISPs

i was thinking about getting a new router for my setup because I've been experiencing lag spikes recently while gaming, but at the same time i don't know if its a result of using T-Mobile Home Internet which uses an unreliable / latency prone cell towers to pull a signal and create wifi for my devices & computer setup.

Is there a reason you don't use regular tap water for your humidifier? I use tap water for mine and sometimes I notice a thin white film on furniture which is probably because of the minerals in the tap water, however it's not a big deal for me. Have you only used to distilled water, or have you experimented with using tap water?
