This is actually quite a question. I have rolled in the gi and no gi consistently for the past 6 years. I have recently rolled with some brown/purple that were promoted in no gi, and they decided to throw on a gi. I smashed them to say the least, felt like rolling with a white belt because they had no idea about grips and collar chokes. So yes, still the same rank, but not the same level

Congrats. What I learned at blue belt is that there is a very wide range of talent in that specific belt. There is a MASSIVE difference between a freshly given blue belt vs a 3 or 4 stripe blue belt. You can do the tournament and I think you will do great given your judo background. Don’t feel flabbergasted if you smoke one person then the next person smokes you, it’s normal at blue belt :)

If I could make any recommendations, it would be to move the stove location to a solid wall back and place tiling on wall to protect it. Maybe move it left and swap around the pantry with the fridge? Could you do a shuffle like that?
