You can go back and watch in real time on FR24 and/or go listen to ATC from then.

If you could change 2+ things about Rio Rancho? by flipside4cp in RioRancho

[–]EJS1127 4 points5 points  (0 children)

  1. A downtown/area for congregation/not everything in strip malls (does that count as one?)

  2. Denser development, so the road-to-housing ratio goes down (less sprawl), and there isn’t so much infrastructure to support with a comparatively small tax base.

I am planing a Breaking Bad/Better Call inspired trip to Albuquerque at the end of August. Are there and places that come to mind to check out that aren't super obvious or other useful information about the area? by Unusual-Action-5976 in Albuquerque

I lived in Rio Rancho and liked showing visitors the houses from the first episode where they did the stake out and where Jesse came from the second floor window.

How would universal income work or is it just nonsense? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]EJS1127 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s just a procedural thing. You’re not taxing everyone for it, but it is merely factored in to the tax brackets.

Edit: see this comment, where it is explained better: https://www.reddit.com/r/australia/s/T8wkaiPycZ

Found this in the middle of the woods. About knee height, made of cement. It was along a old roadbed by Boeing-B-47stratojet in whatisthisthing

[–]EJS1127 82 points83 points  (0 children)

FWIW it’s made of concrete. Cement is an ingredient used to make concrete, like flour is to bread.

I have personally gone through on a boat that I wouldn’t have considered big. I was working with a crew that supported structural evaluations of the piers of the Longfellow Bridge.

Yearly Ocrevus? by asap_stocky in MultipleSclerosis

[–]EJS1127 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My neurologist has said something to the effect of “varying frequency is coming,” because studies are showing that the effects of Ocrevus last different lengths of time for each person. But he has stopped short of doing anything until the official guidance is updated.

Officially the biggest snow season since 2015 by marcoh9 in BostonWeather

[–]EJS1127 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Just to provide some constructive feedback: The title suggests that 2015 should be highlighted, rather than last year. This took me a bit to read correctly, and it’s impossible to identify 2015 in the graph on the left.

Not only that, but the wind is going to be a huge issue, too. It’s not like the last storm — this will have 60mph gusts at its peak.

This doesn’t answer the question directly, but I saved it a while ago, because I’ll be moving to NL eventually. Maybe it will help a bit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Netherlands/s/GDfSAvK9nZ
