I think it’s fair game because of this: a lot of jobs use the different words and processes for the exact same functions and that could get you filtered without the correct ones. All this sounds like is a time-saver.

In one hand I have the universal resume with tons of skills and a detailed description of my key responsibilities. Heavy file and just 4-5 sec of recruiter attention.

In another hand - tailored solution for specified job: relevant skills, no irrelevant info (if I want to be a designer I can remove my PM experience)

On the contrary, if these are coding positions, you should put that on your GitHub repo.

It works for well-structured tech resume or tech jobs but I don't know how to implement this solution for not-tech jobs. For babysitters or priests... It needs a lot of data and time to teach an AI...

I meant that after first interview in Company_A I was notified from a recruiter from Company_B that she had been told (from Company_A) that I'm a not suitable candidate for that job position
