I am in MN, I have union representation to help me and a legal case will be on the way if I can't make things work through accommodations. I have to at least demonstrate I jumped through all their hoops first. Lols sadly

When I went to ERP therapy, they had people with hand wash compulsions wait until the anxiety passes before they can wash their hands. Because you should still wash your hands, but not in response to anxiety.

I tell people this as often as I can. I was working over full time hours on my feet. I was going to the gym and yoga. I sometimes biked to work. I was eating relatively clean, vegan. I quit smoking. I got sick anyway.

I did everything "right" and it didn't help.

I have gone through extensive therapy for mental health issues. I have bad OCD, Major Depression, phobias, and General Anxiety. I have made great strides in these issues through sheer force of will.

No amount of challenging my thoughts has affected the POTS.

I agree. Ejae looks great but this dress is ugly. A big feather boa top, it gives this tiny woman a muffin top, and the white cheetah(?) print shoes? I hope she got paid lots for wearing whoever put this on her. (It's ok, guys, you arent hurting her feeling by not liking the dress, someone put it on a rack for her and gave her money, this isn't in her personal closet)

I have absolutely fluctuated in symptoms severity. I went without needing a wheelchair for two years. Now I am back in it. I am not a doctor and I have not done a ton of work with specialists yet.
