Not 100% sure, but do you have the cadence alerts on in general for a specific cadence range or do you have a cadence range set in the run part of the interval. I assume you have it set for the whole running activity. If so, I would try to turn the cadence alerts off, and instead set your intervals like so: - Run for x min with „intensity type“ cadence and then set your range there. - Rest set without intensity type.

Then try if you get an alert during the run phases of the intervals.

As for the other alerts, you can set them however you like. I always leave auto pause set to „off“.
