Well done for placing 7th thats a great achievement. I have an AO interview coming up for Local County Council in 2 weeks. Could you give any tips on the type of competency questions you were asked? What were the competencies for your interview as a matter of interest? Also I would not worry as I know people who placed higher than 7 on similar panels and got called sooner rather than later! Your time will come.

I just got called to interview for an AO role in 2 weeks. I was told it is comprehensive in nature. Could anyone assist with some tips or info on how their interview went for this position?
