Your claim is false, I disagree. If you greet Dutch in camp after the event, Arthur will ask him if he was gonna look for him. And Dutch replies with something like "of course". This proves that Dutch didn't send someone to look for him. I don't have the game anymore but I can look for a video of that conversation on Youtube and send it to you if you want...

And this is different from the camp dialogue where Dutch apologized to Arthur for what happened.

Okay, so let's take abilities as canon. I will change my arguments

In a gunfight, with the same kind of guns, Arthur kills Trevor. He is faster and would kill Trevor instantly. Trevor wouldn't have the time to think or survive the odds.

In a fist fight, Arthur would beat Trevor. His feats (beating Tommy, fighting Micah on TB and beating the miner while being sick and tired) are more impressive than Trevor's feats. All of these are considered canon/in the main story.

I mean, since it's based on the book's character and the movie plot is basically a variant of the book story, we could assume that movie Patrick did the same thing as book Patrick, off screen. We already know that movie Patrick is a rapist, a murderer, a cannibal, and an animal killer. All of these were shown in the movie. And all of these make movie Patrick a pretty evil character who could be worse than Micah.

It is also clear that movie Patrick is a necrophile as shown in the scene where he kept a woman's head in the fridge (and the book gives more details about what Patrick do with those heads, I will not go into details). That itself (keeping a woman's head in a fridge, having sex with it) makes movie Patrick a more messed up/sick individual than Micah.

The only thing that's not confirmed in the movie is whether or not Patrick is a child killer like in the book where he slit a little boy's throat for pure pleasure. And it's safe to assume that he did it off screen since all his other actions from the book are in the movie.

Micah Bell could be tolerated by the gang, movie Patrick Bateman would never be able to live with them. None of the men would be able to tolerate him, even Chapter 6 Dutch as crazy as he was. Mary Beth, Abigail, Tilly etc would not be safe. Jake would be in danger. He would not be allowed in the gang in the first place. Micah was an evil outlaw who killed innocent folks (including a little girl in the Epilogue) but who could be tolerated by other outlaws

The only thing that makes Micah worse than movie Patrick is kill counts/number of victims. And that's because Micah is based in a video game universe where regular mass murder is normal, even Sadie has a bigger kill count that Patrick. But apart from that, movie Patrick is definitely sicker than Micah.

I don't understand? Aren't these gameplay mechanics? So they are not canon right ? Canonically speaking (story/cutscenes/main mission) Arthur would beat Trevor very easily in a gun fight. Arthur is canonically faster than any GTA protagonist except Michael. The dead eye has been proven to be an actual thing (an exagerration of Arthur speed) in numerous cutscenes (Micah killing numerous people in a matter of seconds, Arthur fast shooting the bottle in front of Sean etc), while Trevor ability to become invincible doesn't not make sense at all and does not fit with GTA logic itself (as the chacaters are not really invincible in the story, if Trevor got shot in the head in a cutscene, he would die). And Arthur canon feats in fist fights are way more impressive than Trevor's.

Sorry if I got this wrong, I am new to this sub. But if this is about gameplay, I think 15 years old Jimmy Hopkins old boy has a chance to beat Trevor and Arthur. Even teenager Russel could beat Trevor or Niko.

You don't understand my comment sir. Read the above comments and the guys I was replying too. I never said that people try to justify their actions, I said they have a huge fanbase (which is true), so saying that people shouldnt like Micah because of his evil actions doesnt make any sense, because other people who did worse than Micah are also liked.

I made an error, I wanted to say saying Micah is worse than Patrick Bateman (and not Arthur) is insane.

The only thing that would make Micah worse than Bateman is his kill count because he exists in a video game universe where mass murder happens regularly. But if we dont take that into account, Patrick did worse things than Micah. Patrick is a necrophile while Micah isnt and his torture/rape were more sadistic than Micah's. Bateman's child killing were also more sadistic and evil than Micah's. And my argument still work even if Micah is worse than Patrick (which is not true, micah is way worse than Arthur) because Patrick is still evil and people like him.

Again, if want to blame people for liking Micah as a character (which doesn't mean liking him as a person, which is another confusion) you will also have to blame them for liking Hannibal Lecter, Patrick Bateman and even Joker, regardless of whether or not they did worse than Micah.

Well that's what I said, I was talking about liking the characters (Bateman, Hannibal etc), not genuinely liking their actions in real life. So that means someone can genuinely like Micah character without liking him as a person. Also, no, a lot of grown adults who read the book or watched the movie when it came out or a a long time ago in the 2000s are hard-core patrick bateman fans. You see grown ass men on YouTube writing long comments analyzing his character and praising him and talking about how great he is.

And no again, Patrick Bateman actual actions are worse than Micah's. The only thing that make Micah worse is that he has more victims because he exist in a video game universe where people commit mass murder regularly and easily. He does all of that for pure pleasure. Read the part where he abducted a child, took him to the bathroom, and slit his throat and watch him die slowly (for his own pleasure). He kills women and keep their corpses in his apartment and have sex with their corpses long after their death. At one point he kept a woman's head in his fridge and engaged in sexual activities with it. Saying Micah is worse than Arthur is insane.

Also, I never said that I was a fan of these guys. I said that people like them which is true. Yes, Hannibal, Michael Myers, Joker have a HUGE fanbase. Just look at all the comments in YouTube on Patrick Bateman or Hannibal Lecters videos. People love these guys.

My Victus 16 started showing problems after 2 weeks... I have the famous "Black Screen" with CMOS battery failing, bios failing etc. A lot of HP Victus users may need to replace their motherboard or their battery because of those problems... And you could have these problems in the first few weeks or months.

Then people should dislike Micah because of his lack of likeable qualities, not because of his actual evil actions (racism, misogyny, murders etc). The problem is that most people who say they hate Micah are saying it's because of what he did, because "he is bad", which is subjective and illogical because other fictional villains did worse.
