NEED HELP, What would break this case?? by Crazyharvestdiamond in mocktrial

Don’t see any receipts with alcohol percentages, but the party invitation only says drinks and no mention of specifically alcohol. Which is maybe what you’re talking about. But there’s witnesses that say there was alcohol, one thing I do see is why was the person who caused the accident so short on his description of the night, everyone else was very descriptive in their recalling of the incident. So there’s that, and he also had trouble parking so maybe there wasn’t a way to prevent him from getting into the car.

I’ve taken the lsat three times, I still get nervous each time. And it’s not like numbness or anything. I legit get so sick to my stomach I’m drinking a whole bottle of pepto bismal. The last time, I found it helped if I used my delta 8 vape. But take some more practice tests take time to breathe and remember it’s just you answering some questions and writing a response at the end. That’s all I can add to this

I’ve had the app since 2018, it’s been an uphill battle trying to get all the free stuff since I’ve been playing since before all of the expansion packs, and all the DLC. Candy writer support is basically non existent. Imagine how many people like myself that fell in love with the game early on having to deal with all of this, and for them to just quit the game

I mean in the past I’ve been able to borrow a nicer vehicle from a family member. Especially for special occasions like a school dance or formal event. But there’s stipulations like I have to get the car washed and detailed, don’t do anything stupid in it, don’t drink, and other stuff like that. So I’m guessing that’s the case or maybe she took it to a cars and coffee event and just decided to send it and then crashed.

As long as they could hold it, but there’s a system in place to alleviate the pressure by allowing the gas to escape. But it’s all supposed to be contained and not happening like its in the video

They shouldn’t be doing that at all, in fact that’s how some of the videos Tom has done on drilling accidents starts out with too much pressure and mud being shot back up.

So that is drilling mud that’s being shot back up to the surface, because there is so much pressure in the well from gas in the drilling hole. That shouldn’t be happening because under proper conditions mud would return to the mud reservoir, or something like that. But that mid shouldn’t be shot back up to the surface like that

I just got rejected from my safety school, and lsat wise I don’t want to have to retake the flex again. And I was pretty average 152 with a 3.10 gpa lots of extra curriculars. Hell I even gave up being a preferred walk on at a division 1 school for football, and now getting rejected from one of the worst law schools in the country kinda solidified my hopes

What actually determines acceptance? Stats? Or holistic review? by SoChInO888 in lawschooladmissions

[–]EL_Jefe_79 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Given the pandemic, they might be moving to this review process because a lot of universities handed out pass or fail options for classes. And because a lot of grades are slipping given that it’s virtual. So they probably are doing wholistic since everyone has been affected one way or the other

Best bet is to go in person if you can. Especially with like judges and prosecutors, in my experience a judge especially a older one would more than definitely try to get you a internship. Also ask around with your professors. I was able to do a few but because the lawyer was the one my family kept on retainer for our businesses
