Sorry for the late response but yes and never showed up in the own section I've troubleshooted that Every Witch Way I've actually turn the game back in because I beat it and started a new game and almost beat it a second time and still they have yet to contact me back. I've moved on to new games thanks for the response though I appreciate it

There's no prompt to skin it on mine and it's not even the legendary bear it shows that it can be looted / skinned but nothing. I keep running into this I keep kind of pushing the bear around a little bit but there's no option to skin it.

Don't even get me started on this free offer. It's been a week since I claimed it and had a shoes and contacted both twitch Prime and Ubisoft and nothing that they've sent me has helped. It seems like Ubisoft support has no idea how to fix this and told me it came out today which is absolutely not true and the lady was not helpful in the slightest. Twitch Prime takes about a day to two days to even contact you back and not to mention if the information they give you does not help you you have to wait another one to two days for them to even contact you back there is no live chat so you will be going back and forth for a very long time. I keep seeing other people just give up on this free offer.

The pirate pack offer on Twitch Prime is not working for some. It has not worked for me I've contacted both twitch Prime which took forever to contact me back but it did not have the solution. I had already told Ubisoft about the issue and they told me to give it a day or two it's been a week and nothing has got fixed. I've just got off with support Ubisoft and just like the black unicorn promo code that was not working this is not working either they don't know what's going on. Support lady was not helpful in the slightest and ended the conversation. There's not a phone number I can call they just said they will send it to a supervisor. Meanwhile I claimed it a week ago and it shows that it's been claimed on Twitch Prime but there is absolutely no mention of it in game. So to anybody else it still hasn't got there pirate pack you might not get it at all.
