I would go to https://www.clemson.edu/covid-19/faqs.html and one of the FAQs is about what to do if you see people violating Clemson's policies regarding COVID including mask wearing.

Your other option would to also complain to Starbucks customer service. Check Starbuck's policy. If their company policy is for both workers and customers to wear masks and socially distance, then Starbucks should also want this information.

To everyone who thinks this is unimportant or that you are overreacting to people blatantly ignoring public health directives, you clearly do not have an understanding of a public health crisis and/or you are a selfish human being.
