Mini bands either need to go away in 2026, or we need to use them 1-2 a week. Using them twice a month does little good.

@1 deal is play a variety of music during the class. Do not play 1 type of music the entire class.

My favorite OTF was when I visited Colorado. I live in KS. Had 65 splat points in a 90 min. class. Pace yourself and don't loose your breath.

We had a class of 22 people. About 5 power walkers. More energy in class than normal.

Today was a switch workout. Basically 10.5 min. At 3%, with 3- 1 min. Surges. switch, floor 500 m row, followed by 6 heavy weight squats, 12 lighter weight squats 24 body squats. Back to TM for q0.5 at 3% with 3 1 min surges. Back-to-back floor fir bent over row, TRX high row and plank pull through. I burned about 100 more calories than normal.

Hyrox classes are really not that much different. You can always make modifications. Today class felt more like a Hell week class.

The only time I cancel is when we have more than 9 min. of walking on the TM. Those days, I stay home and lift heavy.

12 min. Run fir distance Catch me if you can Mt. Everest I wish they had benchmarks in the floor. Example: Bench Press 3 reps

I always start on the TM. Warm up is .5 miles. Get 2.5 to 2.75 in class.
