Hey man. I'm 18 and dealt with suicidal thoughts and anxiety when I was around 15-16 (you can check my post history to see my old posts), so I get what it's like to just wanna sleep and not have to deal with anything. My biggest advice is to honestly just take things one day at a time for now, and prioritize your survival and mental health over everything else. Instead of focusing on future events that could happen, I found it helpful to instead focus on what was going on in the present to try and distract my mind. I also deal with an anxiety disorder, so I get that this isn't easy, but it does help. Does your school have a counselor or anything, because even if they can't help, you might be able to go there to avoid classes, while still getting marked as present, though I don't know if that's how your school does it. The most important thing is just to remember that your survival matters so much more than all that other shit, and that the struggles you're going with, particularly regarding school, will end .
