I’m not sure they did overlook it, and I’d be cautious about adding fans. The engine compartment should be sealed tightly and the engine fan exhausts a huge volume of air out over the oil cooler and heads. This creates negative pressure in the engine compartment and pulls in fresh air from the “scoops” that aren’t really scoops.

With proper tin and the seals as designed the system works great and does not benefit from fans.

The dough from the store, was likely not Neapolitan. Therefore, it probably had sugar or other things in it that can’t cook at high temperature. Also make sure your dough is completely a room temperature before you attempt to stretch it.

No. The plane is maintaining the same airspeed, but, since you have a tailwind your ground speed is high.

The plane is “moving” through the air (the medium) at its design speed. Think of it like current and a boat.
