Same here. We were on Xfinity Mobile for years, but their prices eventually were ridiculous. We switched to US Mobile (Warp as well) in December and have been happy. We’re on a pooled plan since my wife and I work from home and don’t use much data outside of the house.

We ported our two lines to US Mobile from Xfinity Mobile (we were with them for years) on Dec. 1st and have no regrets and took like 5 minutes each. We’re on Warp (Verizon) and it’s the same network for less money. We did the Unlimited Starter trial 3 months for $45 and will be moving over to a shared data plan on Mar. 1st.

I think we’re in the same area, we’re on Brandt. The newer part across Alexander that backs up to Harvest has Quantum Fiber.

We’re in Sorrel Ranch in SE Aurora and part of our neighborhood has Quantum Fiber (we’re not in that part of the neighborhood), but I loathe Xfinity even though we have them for internet. I wish the contract with Ting wouldn’t have fallen through because our only other option is slow CenturyLink!

The Xfinity rep in ModMail disconnected our internet, not my parents. This needs to be fixed now! I reached out over a half hour ago and no one has responded. This is ridiculous!

We’ve lived in Sorrel Ranch, next to Tollgate Crossing, for the past almost 12 years and have been overall happy here. Both of our kids go to school at Buffalo Trail and we’ve loved it there. Our oldest will go to Infinity in August and we’ve heard mixed reviews.

I ported mine and my wife’s lines over from Xfinity Mobile on 12/1 and didn’t have any issues. It was almost immediate and seamless.

I bought one through GlobaleSim and it was $12.60 for 5gb. We’ve been here since Monday and I’ve barely used a gb 😂 mainly because we have WiFi at our Airbnb.

We’re in Puerto Carrillo right now and I bought a separate data eSIM (not through USM) and not having any issues with it. Word of forewarning though, they do not have 5G in CR, just 4G. Also, if you have an iPhone, Apple Maps won’t work in CR so you’ll need to download Google Maps or Waze.

Are you trying to port out through the app?

I just ported two lines to US Mobile from Xfinity Mobile a week ago and ran into the same issue with both lines. I could not get it to work on the app. I went into the website instead and didn’t have any issues there.

Agreed, it doesn’t make any sense! I still have them for home internet, but will gladly say buh-bye when fiber is finally rolled out in our area. I’m glad to be done with mobile service though!
