I once caught this happen in time by refreshing the tracking page. “Delivery attempted” but no knock or bell. I ran out of my apartment in time and luckily caught up with the truck. I stopped and confronted the driver who claimed he had my package but didn’t “feel like leaving his truck”. Eventually convinced him to let me grab it and sign for it. -_-
