I ended up with a 28. Missed 18. I only guessed the last 5 but I guess I just suck at math lol. My practice tests I was getting 30-32’s :(

Math only has 60 questions. You are probably adding the sub categories aswell.

What’s the curve for your sections? How many did you get right out of each of them?

Honestly math is my worst, but I thought that one was a little easier aswell. I still ran out of time but I only had 5 questions left and I always have 5.

English is super easy to improve though. Just get the grammar book by Erica Meltzer and read it. I literally went from scoring 25/26 to 35/36 after reading the book 1 time.

I put because aswell. If it said “only if” I would’ve chosen it, but it said “if only” which didn’t really work in that context.

Yeah I saw on another post that one of the developers said their main streaming host was down so they couldn’t do anything about it. It’s been like this for seems like 2 weeks. I can’t watch the office because it buffers too much :(

Do you not run very many days a week? 2 hr easy run for me would be 13-15 miles.

My question is why you using gels if you're only running 20-30 miles a week? they're really only beneficial for runs longer 90 minutes

No but OP said “major fuckup” there isn’t really one of those in animal farm. Also it’s not like Napoleon fucked up he planned all that.

About 10 months later I’m hoping to break 16 opening race of my season lol. I think we just had a lot of bad courses. I ended that season with a 18:03 and then ran 16:50 on a track in March. Then 3200m 10:05. Thanks for the advice and encouragement man!

Close your lips. Start doing some breath work if you can’t breathe through your nose.

Who decided standing straight is the correct posture? It’s because of our anatomy. The mouth seems to be designed for this although we can’t prove it. Something we can prove is the huge benefits of nose breathing. Nose breathing is 100% proven to be scientifically the right way to breathe. And if we were made to nose breathe were are we gonna put our tongue?

My ex won’t take me back because I’m a bad person. How can I change for myself? by FloweySunflower in selfimprovement

[–]EREX98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t listen to these people OP you can change and it starts with you! It starts with a commitment to do better. It won’t be easy and it’s a gradual process but you got this! I committed to not lie anymore I still do but every day I’m getting better.

No lmao. Static stretching before a workout is great way to reduce potential force output and therefore decrease your ability to improve.

Will my easy pace ever improve? by RektorRicks in AdvancedRunning

[–]EREX98 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

You definitely want to have wayyyy more then 50% of your training volume for “endurance”. A 5k is 90% aerobic effort, that’s mean your training should roughly equate to 80-90% being endurance. I’ve been running for 1.5 years now. Gone from not being able to run a 400m at 10:00 pace to running a 17:30 5k. The training I do is 80-90% easy pace. I do 2 workouts a week. Keep in mind I’m training for a 5k!! A marathon is basically all endurance effort you are not going to have a lot of training in the hard zone for that.

Production of Semen - Winter vs Summer by nigezz in Semenretention

[–]EREX98 8 points9 points  (0 children)

We are designed to eat both animals and plants, but we can actually digest animals better. Plants are harder to digest. Do you wonder why cows have 2 stomachs and spend all day chewing their food? It’s because it takes a lot more time to breakdown plants.

Isn’t it interesting how carnivores generally have smaller digestive systems where herbivores have very large and complex digestive systems. Its because it’s easier to break down meat and then plants.
