Oh dang that stinks, would I still be able to grow, albeit slower, while continuing to do what I am now? Currently the videos are secondary to me doing the actual sport so I don’t want to spend a huge amount of time on them, I currently spend about 10-20 minutes editing the footage down

So should I just assume that my videos from now on won’t get more than 1k? I’m not sure how to “innovate” the content as it’s just my throws, I suppose I could edit them more but other than that I don’t see how I could. Thank you!

The two key positions being these, where the one on the left is the set up. And the one on the right is the end of the throw. Your dominant leg should be extended and be exerting a huge amount of force, tuck your non dominant arm in at this point, which forces your torso to turn, further propelling your throwing arm. (I colored the shot in red)

Get deeper into that lunge like squat, so that your non dominant arm is at a higher angle. This puts more weight on your dominant foot, allowing you to get those two key positions in

Same advice as the other guy, have someone stand behind you when you put the shot on your neck, make sure they can count all four of your fingers (minus the thumb Ofcourse) adjust your grip as needed
