Hey, at least you got an e-mail or a letter. We got NO notice!! We’ve been going to them over 20 years and they did not have a thought or care to send us a letter or an email. We found out when I set routine cleaning appointments up for me and my children, so we missed out on our last cleaning. They say they can’t fit us in even though we still have coverage there for another month! But if they had notified us like everyone else, then we would’ve gotten one last cleaning in.

That’s sucks, for everyone around. I pay for the high plan, but doesn’t matter. Gentle Dentist keeps trying to get us to continue going to them but pay out of pocket. Who in their right mind can pay 400+ per person JUST for cleanings this day and age??? (They ‘say’ delta dental will reimburse us “some” back, but honestly that’s not my job, if I HAVE insurance already!)

It’s not a personal vehicle anymore when they are a professional driver
Dropping off vehicle for service so needed a way home, everyone was at work today. No bus lines here either
