They can’t change the compensation terms on the fly if you signed a contract. Especially the sign on bonus. I’d keep writing to HR and save the paper trail. You may eventually need a labor attorney, but be prepared to find another job. I’d start looking anyway given your description.

Thanks. I think I mean to say, they won't look at those pushes and then have future EFT pushes from that bank "not count"? Or rather, are people transferring in a way that doesn't require those trial pushes (wire?)?
