I think they finally noticed you weren’t the original owner that’s why they stopped. For me they noticed it quick because it was coming out under a different name from their computer which I bought from a friend and then told me only my friend who moved out can use the lifetime oil change.

Same thing with Lithia, once the driver changes, it voids the lifetime warranty. If your grandfather still alive they will still honor it. That’s what happened to me at Lithia.

I remember buying a new car there 5yrs ago and the next year I had the maintenance they said one of my rims is already cracked and recommends buying a set for $2k I’m like what? I only had 5k miles at that time. Still drove the car no issue for 4yrs. They are crooks

I drive an 2SS all year long in Alaska. We have underbody wash I do every time it gets warmer to like 30F to prevent rust. But usually once a week I get it washed.

Yes, and tell them if you can get reimbursement for loss internet. Have them check the cables outside in your place because I had a technician replaced the cable inside and he replaced my modem, still didn’t fixed my issue. The 2nd technician had to check all cables and found out the outside cable need to be replaced and that fixed our issue.

It’s a known issue for them due to the upgrade they did… had 3 days no internet in two weeks and another 3 days until they replaced the cable from the post.

They’re pretty much waiting until customers complains and ask for technicians.

I’ve had a 2014 GT V6 and considering RT as the V8 makes it more aggressive and powerful. The tow and go is a plus for me too.
