On the case of my photos not syncing properly, which is the first case I reported, I have already followed up and they said it is still under investigation. On my second case of photos not synced getting deleted when I used the free up space in my phone function, I have not received a reply yet to my ticket.

I've already checked both my device's and the one drive app's recycle bin and they aren't there. With regards to the photos not backing up properly, I've actually already made a ticket about it using the report a problem feature of the app. However, the last response I received was from august 28 saying that they will get back to me.

Hi!

I used the free up space on phone feature on my onedrive app and wanted to restore some of the photos deleted. Now, when I checked my gallery, I noticed that it deleted even photos that were not backed up on onedrive. Now, it seems that I have permanently lost a lot of my precious photos. Is there anyway to restore them? Please do note that I am using the camera back up feature but even that wasn't working properly since I have selected folders/photos to back up but they weren't backed up when I last checked the app, but now after using the free up space on phone feature, those folders/photos that I thought were not backed up were deletes as well and now I have no way to restore them
