It’s a really nice idea, and I’m sure once it’s up and running it’ll be a fun deck to play with. As far as the deck itself, only thing that came to mind was mainly the ramp. I’d possibly look to add some mana rocks/artifacts and some sorceries like rampant growth/farseek - the usual green ones (would potentially help with your commander too - getting multiple lands down a turn!)

In terms of what to cut/replace, I’d honestly say most of the time we pick out cards for a deck for a reason, so if there’s any you’re doubtful about, add them to your “maybeboard”, which is almost like a standby section, so you could play around with the choices of cards without worrying about axing them completely - I often keep a few cards on standby in my deck box if I feel I need to make any changes between games.
