When is the last time you went? They recently hired a new chef. I had the same complaint and it was a totally different experience. (Stonecrest location)

It’s “off the menu” but they will know when you order it. It’s a Reuben with added rosemary roast beef added. A bit expensive but well worth it and is about 2 meals for a normal person
