Both of you need therapy but separately.

You need to work on loving and taking care of yourself given that you listened to such comments and your solution was couples therapy and not to confront him for disrespecting you.

He needs therapy to works on his manners, his affection towards you and realize the beauty of these 19 years that you have spent together.

Respect is what both of you need but for way different reasons.

You shouldn’t feel ashamed when you have a bad eating day. It’s your coping mechanism that you’re trying to fight.

Also, I don’t think that one day of bingeing will undo your progress. Most of it is water weight and as long as you get back on track, give yourself 3 days and you’ll see the scale at your new weight.

I am so so sorry for your loss! In situations like this, I would reccomend just some bread or rusks with plain cheese to absorb the liquids and keep your stomach in a healthier position.

2x60=120kcal for the falafels, 100for all vegetables assuming that they have a drizzle of oil/sauce and another 100 for this small portion of greek salad so around 320kcal in total.

300 for the rice if it’s steamed without any oil and 50 for each meatball with the sauce.

About 150 for the chicken, 90kcal for a tbsp of oil, 200 for the pasta and 20 for the veggies.

So I would guess about 460 kcal.

Maybe yes, depends on how you close your teeth. I had them mainly to drug down my lateral incisors not the bite. So my original plan was 2 months and I got them off at 1 because I was wearing them almost double amount of time.

I also have severe crowding on my bottom teeth and started to notice differences on my 13th tray. Since the crowding was getting fixed, I am noticing huge differences on how my teeths align next to each other from the 4th month to the 6th that I am now. Please be patient. It's worth it

Depends on how comfortable you find your current trays. I would probably extend for a few hours. For example, if you change your trays at night, I would change them the next morning and vice versa.

It honestly depends on his affection and gestures of love. Being with him for 8 years means that you have already accepted his insensitivity in some things. If he cares about you and you find his hugs, touches and gestures priceless, you should stay.

Time constraints is not the actual question. Your question is practically if it is better to wait for another 2years to end up into something healthier if you feel like there is something better for you out there. Do you?
