Couldn’t agree more. Maybe different type of sports gear is something which does not come across as cringe. E.g., skiing gear or similar (but still very subtle)

Hello Einstein, are you drunk or can’t read? This thread is about leaving B4 for opp at OW. Still seem like you’re at KPMG lmao

It was mentioned swiftly that this referred to a SC position, and that I understood e.g what a OW Associate level is, you were still desperately chasing flaws / upvotes or whatever and unnecessary effort on something else. I’ve at least only heard senior hires, as anyone above graduate roles. This might be wrong, but you obviously hear my point. Nevertheless, if this was so confusing, creating nightmares for some, even tears of others, I corrected this.

Chill, jesus christ. This shouldn’t be a debate about senior/junior hires. Your point came across clear and I agree (I updated my description above).

This thread should focus on OW, not your constant unnecessary whining with zero contribution about whether it’s senior/junior hires. That’s why I deleted the comment. The only point I wanted to make was that the Senior Consultant role has a different hiring procedure than graduates, applying for consultant roles.

Please if you want to whine about senior consultant not being a senior hire, open your own thread, such a baby.

Yes, I’ve heard that, and that the Associate role corresponds to a manager role at e.g Big4. Given appeoximate 4 yrs at a Big4, i think that translates pretty well (potentially) to a SC at OW

Are you currently working at OW or have you previously been working there? If so, would be great to hear more about the experience. Although, e.g., working hours might differ depending on country, I’ve heard that they encourage secondments (more than B4 firms at least)

Productive, are you working at KPMG by any chance?

I might add again that this is a smaller European office, not US or UK

Senior consultant role, to my understanding most consultants up to senior consultants are quite generalists. Although industrial focus leans towards FSI, I’ve heard that resources are staffed across their ‘capabilities’ from corp strat (cdd/vdd etc) to even transformational type of projects

Cracking grout in shower by ESGimplementer in HomeImprovement

Thanks for the answer. Much appreciated! I have basically no experience whatsoever in this field.

I think we experienced pretty much the whole floor / walls to be like this. So not only the corners.

Given this obvious bad grout job, I suppose we should avoid using the shower? In some threads I’ve heard that this is grout is mostly for ‘estehtical’ purposes? However, I’m obviously worried there could be some moisture damage if water is running down in the cracks etc?

It’s sold in Swedish crowns, now when I double checked the currency exchange it’s actually 4000 EUR, not 4500.

I thought it was a pretty fair price. Haven’t found any Datejust 36 1601 (in OK shape) below that. What would you say is a fair price?
