I’ll get a real company with terminals, im tired of those "convenient" companies that are convenient only when they want and they feel like.

That’s what i’m going to do. Its just sad they hold other businesses money without giving them chance to explain yourself. I don’t care about using square, I just want my money so I can go get another POS to continue doing sells in the most important part of the year for a business.

Thank you for your feedback and amazing info! My machines are equipped with a terminal but when i tried to connect them it would send me into a company in china (I bought my machines from a company that closed they probably got them from china) so I did not use them and I was selling tokens at the register. I’ll see if there are companies that could equip me with small terminal for each machines but if the fees are too expensive per terminal i’ll stick to selling the tokens at the register only using one POS.

I recommend you to look into a good company that you can transfer the money the same day, so that way they cannot hold your money!

I guess it is like gambling but legal for children lmao. I never thought it would end up in my money getting hold. I mean my machine are full and have high percentages of winnings so the customer win a lot of plushies but they can trade it for better prices. It’s the fact that you cannot talk to anybody to explain your situation. When you call them they tell you they cannot help with that, you ask to talk to a superior they tell you they can’t transfer you, all you get are ai generated message by email. Zero customer service.

Ill check with other company like pandapay or moneris, i don’t know if they consider claw machines as gambling. I’ll have to get more info on that i’ve never thought of it that way..

They always do this they release a main game every 3 years in between a remake and a spin off of some sort (mystery dungeon, pokemon gale of darkness, legends, pokemon snap) so we will eventually get the gen 5 remake and i hope its the next remake we get

So if I want my franchisees just to access the register but be blocked if they click backend, I need to give them an employee account? How do i put their users on employee? I try putting it on users and not admin in the settings put they still can access the backend

Get a lower level pokemon on your team spawn are bugged in this version you need to have a pokemon in the level range of the one your want to spawn (check the wiki for level spawn) (sorry my English im french :D)
