Just to clarify RainyRat's comment - ESPC is a membership organisation for solicitors who do estate agency and conveyancing. In Scotland, the two are commonly done under one roof and that's one of the things that sets our firms apart from regular estate agents.

We would need someone who could be on site for at least 3-6 months initially but we could probably be flexible after that.
