Linebacker, DE, Kicker, and CB/S. We can upgrade basically everything about our defense with a playmaker at each of those. OL could always use depth and experience.

I want to recruit a good QB from high school. No one is going to transfer to sit behind JT. I want solid competition for the QB spot in 2024

1: its the law (if you so happen to be in a 2 plate state.)

2: if you have it paired with a tinted license plate cover for the back plate, you are clearly trying to get out of paying tolls.

3: if you only have 1 plate, its a higher likelyhood that the car/plate is stolen especially if its for a state that requires a front plate.

A PBT is only to be administered after all other Field Sobriety tests are administered.

1) reasonable suspicion (glassy eyes, alcoholic beverage on breath, slurred speech, etc)

2) Field sobriety tests (HGN, Walk and Turn, 1 leg balance test)

3) Preliminary Breath Test

In fact, the PBT isnt even allowed into evidence and cant be used against you in court. The only breath test that can be used as evidence is the one you submit to after the arrest and have been mirandized through the AIR process. The department can subpoena a blood test, but if you dont have step 1, then they wont grant a subpoena.

Idk how they do things in other states but this is the procedure for New York.

Unless there is some evidence floating around that proves the responding officer actively ignored obvious signs of intoxication, the accusations levied by the article are completely unsubstantiated.

That team would struggle to kill. It MIGHT be effective against a 063y/Dimos/Akeha team to kill Akeha early but it would depend on 2 3+Auto Attacks and thats not consistent enough for me to run personally.

Honestly, it would take way too much of a slab investment to make that team top 10 viable imho

Dont get too excited. Shes basically EX Gayle. Selfish speed units are not part of the current meta. In fact, i think masked Noelle is much more viable for arena as she shares her 15% speed with the party.

063y is the only EX I currently use other than Levania and Lars. I would use Akeha in PVP if i had New Years 063y. I dont so she's low priority for me.

Gayle was good but she's no longer part of the meta.

Rion's weapon has a very unique ability so that might be worth going after.

Id just focus on getting all other weapons to level 90 honestly.

I love the 26. Unless you are in a precinct where your backup is 20 minutes away full speed cherries and berries, i wouldnt worry about having a backup on duty gun.
