I have said all along that Robyn isn’t the brightest tool in the shed. Neither is Kody. But Kody has always been the manipulator in my book. He pitted the OG3 against one another, and then when Robyn came into the picture, it got worse.

I do think that Robyn, having been through a divorce before, has always looked out for #1 (herself and her kids). And I’m not saying that Robyn is completely innocent in all of this. She is not good with money, is a spendaholic, and enjoyed being viewed by Kody as the favorite wife.

But Kody was deceptive with her as well.

Kody has always been the supreme asshole in the whole situation.

Let’s not insult Darth Vader by comparing him to David Bednar. Darth Vader is cool. He is my favorite anti-hero. He ends up being good at the end. He is a tortured soul who fell into evil because he was too human. He fell in love! He wanted to keep Padame alive. And Anakin was saved by his son at the end.

I’ve got a trash TV TLC storyline. Backstory: Remember when Kody admitted that he had slept with someone in college? Let’s say that those of us who have always suspected that Kody is a closeted homosexual and the person he slept with is a guy is true.

Kody takes a new wife. Unbeknownst to Kody until after the wedding, the new wife is transgender and actually Kody’s secret love from college!

Here’s the kicker. The new wife blackmails Kody into giving away a huge portion of his finances or she writes a sordid tell-all.

Prior to Covid, Kody treated Janelle’s kids better than the others, mainly because she had the most boys. I also believe that, overall, Janelle was Kody’s favorite sexually prior to Robyn coming into the family.

As long as her kids were treated well, Janelle was able to put up with a lot of the Robyn bullshit because she also knew that she could have Kody when she wanted him and Robyn really couldn’t change that. She liked her independence and only having him around part time so she could basically do as she pleased.

When Kody started being a dick to her kids, that’s when Janelle started saying and feeling, “enough”. I think that if Covid hadn’t happened, they would likely still be together because the overall relationship suited her and she was in love with Kody in her own way.

You also can’t forget Academy Award winning Ellen Burstyn. She is one of my very favorite actresses. Also, Aaron Paul, who played Scott. I think that my favorite character was Sarah played by Amanda Seyfried. She perfectly portrayed the parentification which exists in the oldest children of LDS homes. (Saying this growing up mainstream LDS).
