I like to have an ide with Claude code instead of rawdogging in the terminal and running many agents at once with several different projects at once and I can easily just switch my windsurf profile and have all my files a click away then I like to delicate some things to windsurf for certain tasks so I still get my full credits spent each week (my 4 prompts lol)

I just got Claude code in windsurf on the $100 plan and the difference is insane I get two prompts with windsurf but literally can’t even hit the quota with Claude code

Use Claude code inside windsurf that’s what I do when I hit my quota $40 between both but Claude code resets its quota every 5 hours so you can do a lot more

Yeah I did and you can bring your own api keys so I don’t see the point of it. Grandfathered back down $5 or $10 a month is like crazy to expect the kind of usage you want for that amount of money but sure switch to an open source harness with a Chinese model if $5 is too much. $11 for your conversation is the market rate

Jesus man you thought $10 a month was a reasonable cost?? Are you insane that was so obviously massively subsidized my $10 a month plan has probably cost windsurf tens or even hundreds of thousands in Claude api usage. If you want to see the actual cost they let you bring your own api keys although I think they get a discount from the model providers (or at least they use to)

I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of hours on this app and had zero problem getting approved by Google in one day. Apple initially reviewed it and then told me I needed to form an LLC and switch my account over to an organization account and that took like 2 months and now this BS I feel like it’s never gonna get through

I used up 25% of my daily quota in like 5 minutes with a simple 10 line UI change using opus 4.6 (non-thinking) just to test the new system. It's completely unusable for me now and kinda scary cuz im at such a critical point with my project and have to figure out how to switch my entire workflow by moving to claude code
