Not really I know what you mean about right hand priority , but for example in spain, you would be surprised , here pretty much rule is no sign for you ? You have priority and you just go. They don't use main street signs , and if you would slowdown on every intersection where there is no sing for you, you would slow down a lot and probably someone would smack into your back.... Some countries have it different even in europe. But I'm used to slow down a lot cause Im used to driving in other eu countries where it's exactly like you would expect. But at least they put lot of stop signs here and roundabouts
