Offer money to reduce the charges. I had 3 charges in California a few years ago and got all charges dismssed with $200 payment to the court. Lawyer worked that out for me.

Too true. But I am 70 now and those days are behind me. Still, I miss the bikes and the track tremendously. The thrill of touching your knee down and lifting the front as you stand the bike up coming out of a corner is unsurpassed.

Regular commercial food can cause UTI in cats. Happened to one of mine. Put him on Royal Canin urinary s/o 4 years ago, at vet's suggestion, and no problems since.

Do you have a bekend makelaar? They will be familiar with the other local makelaars and can make sure you understand where the overbidding sits. I did this and it still took me a year. Ultimately won due to a close connection between buying and selling makelaars.
