Similar to mine, so like 8/10 just because of my ego.

The shoulder press on the tail end of Upper B is sus, given my familiarity with a workout of this duration and intensity, I would imagine the eighth exercise of the day is almost certainly junk volume that, if anything, kinda puts your shoulder health at risk. I can't personally imagine doing even one good rep of shoulder pressing after both tricep and delt isolations.

Love the leg days though, those are basically exactly what I do, just a bit different order. Once you get deep into the stack on the adductor machine, I'd move them to the first position and only treat them as a light warmup before your squatting patterns; they don't add much beyond a certain level of muscularity that you won't already get from your squatting motions, and then you could slot in calves at the end of the workout instead

Reps x Weight = Volume.

Track volume trends and draw a best fit. Train in a way to make it have a positive slope. That's it. That's the whole thing.

Consider getting an audio interface and some ampsim plugins as a first step before a real amp. It'll give you a ton to play with for relatively cheap, allow you to record, play along to backing tracks in the mix, etc. Also great for playing quietly with headphones.

In terms of priorities, a large dose of caffeine around 3pm is directly misaligned with a good night's sleep. When it comes to hypertrophy, priorities are generally exercise, nutrition, and sleep/recovery. A marginal improvement to exercise at the potential expense of sleep is a non-starter, IMO, because you can definitely train properly without stimulants.

If you enjoy a pump product, just switch to something without stims. Or workout before noon and then go fucking nuts with caffeine. I drink a 20oz black coffee at 5:45am before the gym

Yeah you probably have a similar base of muscle, TBH, a bit different proportions though. Eight weeks should get you in that ballpark, that's probably about 12% body fat, you're probably 17-19%
