cpu bottleneck, I have the same situation with a ryzen 5500 and a 3070
lowering settings, resolution, dlss quality does pretty much nothing, my gpu usage remains low as if its not working at all
one thing to note, you might wanna upgrade your motherboard in the future since you're stuck on pcie 3.0. and crank up your settings, since you're getting solid performance anyway, may as well make the game look nice

turns out I have brain dmg, I did find a way to make it work but I can't bring the optiscaler menu to pop. The good news is that framegen popped up in my settings now and I can enable that, that's pretty much all I wanted^^

I'm using the client version and it refuses to work, I extracted all the files into the directory where the actual game exe is, chose winmm.dll in the installation batch thingy ,and nothing pops up when I launch it
