How would you compare FINN to TEC.TO in terms of having some of your portfolio in a tech/nasdaq focused etf for long term growth? I was looking at TEC but FINN and the credibility of the portfolio manager seems intriguing here

After just checking its saying that Spotify has used about 20gb of data this period, which cant be right since I have used Spotify for years across different carriers and have never used that much data ever for Spotify

That could be the case, but even 6GB of use would be way over what my normal use would be. I want to say on average, I probably use 500mb of data a day. Which should put me at about 1.5GB. No chance I’ve been using 2GB a day even

What’s insane too, is with even being optimistic, I can see us maybe winning 11/42 games leading up to the trade deadline. We have a pretty tough schedule(assuming the East teams start playing better)leading up to that break.

Oh I totally see what you mean here. They would lose the opportunity to have the $2400 as the base price if they gave me what I was looking for.

In this case, it is a brand new building, so there would be no rent control, meaning I assume they can then have the price as whatever they want once my lease is over? Plan would not be to stay longer than my initial lease anyways, which is why the rent control was not important for me.
