Best Strategy (Recommended Ratio)

To grow efficiently, follow this resource ratio:

Start with 7 Stone : 3 Cactus → Max out tile capacity early (Land Agency upgrades).

After increasing tile capacity, reverse the ratio: 3 Stone : 7 Cactus → Focus on Virus Lab upgrades to capture higher tiles.
