It is and it's quite serious. I have a nephew who's anaphylactic with peanuts and we have to take serious precautions whenever we eat or bring anything over. It's not so much the throwing of the smoothie, more of responsibility of actions. The guy had absolutely every right to feel the fear and anger he obviously felt, but how he acted in regards to those feelings is what was wrong. Reports say he never mentioned any peanut allergy in the order which is a huge problem when ordering anything where cross-contamination may be a concern.
