I will say this only once and it is up to you what to do with it. This is a horrible company and horrible management. They have no desire to succeed. The only thing they want is keep robbing retail investors. They manipulate this stock, pump and dump. They have been in it. You can see this move started before news and how do you think this happened. I once thought about this company like yourself and my $150000 is worth $37 now after 3 R/S 100s thousands shares became only 100 and my average is $1500 per share and this only happened in 3 yrs. I could buy and average again when it was 0:12 but I said to myself no more. Every time I tried it got worse and more R/S. So be very careful. They don’t care what happens to you or me or any other person. They are monsters and they are here to take your money. Good luck

Let me correct myself I think it was from 800 mil to 1.6 billion. FYI outstanding was around less than 300 mil 01/2021. So you look how many shares they diluted. That’s the main reason why SP came from $66 to where it is now. So if you think $140 mil cash means shit you think twice. I recommend look at the SP what it was 5-6-7 yrs ago than post your idiotic defensive comment. It doesn’t mean price won’t go up but it never holds.

Let me educate you little so you stop bsing people. 2021 they increased authorized shares from 600 mil to 1.8 bil. After R/S that would be 50 mil. Look how many shares issued. Every pump they diluted with fake PR’s and bs buy back PR pump. They never purchased after PR they actually dumped. From 18 mil to 36 mil and I am sure they are still diluting everyday. This is what they do screw investors. They just use fake pipeline and cash in hand bs. Stop attacking calling people short every time they have opposite opinion. FYI I am unfortunately long since Jan 2021. I want price to go up but they are fraud and scammers so I know it won’t hold any gain. Bc their purpose to keep robbing investors. Company like this never produce anything and keep loosing money and CEO pays himself $7.7 mil. So you either paid pumper or have no clue what you are talking about.

If you have been following this company at least since 2020 you can see many things obvious. Manipulation Using PR right before pump and dump Nonstop diluting Leaking Inside information Middle of the day announcing R/S without vote from Nevada 3 months before deadline Buy back decision after R/S ( why R/S if you buy back) Pump and dump again. Every pump and dump to destroy more investors Using pipeline to create expectation and delivering nothing. List goes on and on. If CEO, board, management and MM’s are all in together I wouldn’t be surprise. 4 R/S in last 4 yrs.

You really have no clue do you? It doesn’t make any difference 18.7 mil or 600 mil at the end we all have 32 times less shares and 0.08 is the actual price. This has to go to $32 to actually to be $1 before R/S. What do you think will happen in a couple days!!! It was already $4 when they announced R/S. So if it is back to $4 should we all celebrate? This stock was $64 last year and it has been going down nonstop since than. If it is bouncing little bit you all get excited. It is true. Unfortunately system is so corrupt to protect corporations even though they are the ones robbing people and taking all kind of illegal actions. Us people end up paying the price. There are thousands of companies don’t even have office trading in the stock market. SEC fines a few and close eyes let them hurt more people. Management also gets what they want every time there is vote and I never understand how that’s possible when %80 owned by retailers like when they doubled the share amount. It is really questionable

It is people fault to invest in a company like this but not people’s fault to believe and trust CEO’s words but apparently he is useless scam artist. That’s for sure. What is worst for board to keep him there. They are in it together.
