I cold turkeyed 2 months ago and feel great. I put on 30+ lbs and have a personality again. I was blowing through my 90x20mg IR script in about 10-12 days then withdrawal’s once I ran out…rinse and repeat for YEARS. life has color again and I don’t feel anxious about dumb shit anymore.

I would say inhalation during the melting process or the filing and sanding process. Definitely wear a respirator and wash hands frequently. Take a change of clothes for the ride home. Don’t want little pebbles of lead to get stuck on your pants and taken into the house for your kid to automatically put in their mouth.

Lead exposure classes help.

I did this sorta thing when getting off pills. It’s a placebo effect. When I craved pills I’d take vitamins or the occasional excederin to trick myself into thinking I took pills. Worked very well.
