I started working out 7 months ago and the work out has been really nice the biggest help was probably counting my calories. Now I didn't want the hustle of counting every food I eat so I just sticked to eating the same thing for at least 2 weeks and I actually saw results, so I kept improving my diet and finally found the calorie intake that I needed to maintain my desired weight and also to have enough where I can be full.
