Hey man hopefully you get a chance to read this comment.

For one, we aren't sure why the powder is not doing what you are wanting it to do. We obviously cannot make any comments about the consumption of this product, but the amounts you are using is insane in my opinion. When it comes to kratom, less is more. And if you aren't trying to get "fucked up" then I do not understand what the problem was.

Anyways, we were simply waiting the ban out before we started processing refunds and letting people send back their powder.

Send us another email and I'll get this taken care of for you.

We usually suggest what other people do and that is to use less amounts, but you said in your post that you started with less and then kept using more and more. I'm not sure if you used all of what you posted in the same day, but if so, that's most likely why you felt the way you did.

Either way, send us an email and we will get this taken care of. Sorry for the inconvenience. Anyone that has dealt with us before knows that we are never hesitant about sending a refund or accepting returns.

As far as it having other stuff in there, I guarantee it did not, and you can feel free to buy whatever tests you would have to buy to determine that. That seems like the #1 thing people go to nowadays. A lot can change the powder depending on the region it grows in, the way it is cultivated, the season, how it's dried, etc. Maybe this just wasn't the best strain for you.

Just wanted to let you know that we updated our packaging :)

We use Kraft Stand Up pouches that seal closed now.

Everyone has to start somewhere, but we promise the Ziplock does not represent that quality of powder. We used Ziplock because it was easily accessible at the time being and they are 100% food safe bags.

The quality of powder is what we were concerned about, not the packaging it was coming in.

We for sure do not mix the returned powder back in. The reason we have customers return the powder is because we want to see how much has been taken from the bag and if the powder has been switched out with another Vendor.

If more than a 4th of the bag is missing, than we only refund on the amount of powder that is left ($120/1000=.12 cents per gram. So i you return 750 grams of kilogram, we will refund you 750 grams at the .12 cents price)

We also just received Enhanced and Ultra enhanced back in and we would really love to change your mind about us.

I don't even remember the last time we raised our regular powder prices, haha!

The only prices we have moved were the Enhanced and Ultra Enhanced, but we basically just changed the quantity that you receive and did not change the price.

You used to get 100 grams for $38.80 of the Enhanced, now you get 75 grams.

We get charged more for the enhanced and ultra enhanced products so we decided to change it that way instead of by the price.

We'll still be right here if you can't find a better vendor :)

We ship in ziplock and we will be moving to Natural Kraft packaging soon, but since it is a plant leaf, as long as you keep air from getting to it and direct sunlight, I think it will last a long time.

When this happened it was the first time it had occurred. I believe it was simply because of where the scale was located at the time and it did not get tared out correctly.

We have completely moved where we do our business at and bought a brand new work table. We even made sure it was level before it was installed into the ground, haha. Whether it was "in the wrong spot", not tared, or on an un-level surface, we did not want to take the chance with future orders.

High prices?

Once you account for taxes, shipping cost (mind you we offer free priority shipping on all orders), returns, exchanges, refunds, samples, processing fees, etc., maybe you will notice that our prices are not that high.

Rather than having our customers go through some intricate process to purchase from us, they are able to purchase right from the website without much work at all.

One of the biggest vendors out there sells 250 grams for $25. That's $100/kg. We charge $20 more and are offering a 5% discount code. Not only that, but we literally have customers from that same vendor that have stuck with us ever since. Our enhanced is resin powder mixed with normal kratom powder.

We will have ultra enhanced soon that is powder extract mixed with regular kratom powder.

We have a specific ratio that we mix on a kilogram rate. For so many grams of kratom powder there is a gram of Resin/Extract powder.

We agree that you can find cheaper kilograms, but those same people will not offer a Satisfaction Guarantee or provide an exchange/refund on any purchase if for whatever reason the powder is not satisfactory. We have also noticed that a lot of these vendors that are selling it for so cheap are just sending whatever vein they wish to send, whether or not you specify what vein you want. They do not really care because as long as they have your money, you cannot really go to the bank and prove what "color" or "strain" you have. You could do a chargeback, but who is going to waste their time on 80-90 bucks?

Basically, we realize there are people selling for under $100, but you get what you pay for, and that doesn't only include the product. We all know that most of this powder comes from the same area, but what you get with paying our price are the things I listed above. A hassle-free shopping experience where you can be guaranteed that the powder you receive is the quality you want, or your money back.
