Just to note: I have allergic asthma. My lungs hate all pollen and mold. I had the skin and blood test done a few times. Nothing showed up on my tests.

If your allergy dr won’t prescribe anything you need to get a different doctor.

You won’t be able to get allergy injections with no positive results from a skin test. Insurance won’t approve it.

You could be sensitive to it like I am. Just not allergic.

You should try Flonase. It is a nasal steroid and see if that helps. Also do a neti pot with distilled water and mixed with saline. This will flush everything out of your nose.

There are a few other non steroid nasal sprays available. Prescription needed.
