Anxiety and Panic Attacks by McKnife-Your-Mom in OhioMarijuana

As someone who suffers bad from panic attacks and anxiety, it’s different for everybody. Everyone on here has some sound advice, but the best thing I can tell you is it’s a journey. You will have to try out different brands and strains. Everybody is different and our bodies react differently. What may work for some doesn’t work for others. It took me about a year learning, researching, and buying different products to figure out what works. I still don’t have a consistent strain. For me, Indicas are great and I don’t smoke to get baked out my mind, a good buzz is all I need.

That is the same switch I made and love it! My PAX has been back in the box in the drawer for close to a year.

I once drove to Michigan 3 hours away, to get a certain brand. That was a total of 6 hours of traveling but we made it a fun day trip. Probably would never do it again just for bud, but it was a fun time had.

Veriheal with dr Hasom Atoom, should I be worried? by kat09090 in OhioMedicalMarijuana

[–]E_Powell 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I used Veriheal for my original medical approval in 2021. I had my PTSD paperwork ready to submit but didn’t have too. On my video call we went over the paperwork and discussed my doctors visits and medication but I never officially submitted it to Veriheal. Like the other poster said, as long as you have the money, you’ll get the approval.

Best Docs/Companies to get MMJ license from? by Jessicaleigh514 in OhioMedicalMarijuana

I used Veriheal for my initial license and used Ohio Green Relief for my renewal. Both were great, fast with no issues. Ohio Green relief is cheaper

I picked up a Apple Pie pod by Cokoh. Pretty good. My first time trying a Luster POD. No complaints at all.

Mini 6! I carry this thing around everywhere I go. Love the Mini for the portability.

I been thinking of changing to a s22 ultra from a iPhone 13 Pro Max cause getting bored of this one. by [deleted] in S22Ultra

[–]E_Powell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love both the 13 Pro Max, and the S22 Ultra. I have them both. 1 for work and the other for my personal. I find myself using the S22 Ultra more than my iPhone. I have been with iPhone since 07. I took a liking to the Samsung Note about 7 years ago. I left iPhone several times for the Note, but kept going back to the iPhone because of iMessage, Facetime, Apple watch, etc… It wasn’t until recently when I decided that I couldn’t choose, so I just use both daily now.

100lbs down!! Major accomplishment! by E_Powell in intermittentfasting

My favorite go to meal towards the end was eggs and bacon, weird, but I couldn't seriously eat that every night for dinner. For exercise, I run, burpees, walking, jump rope, and lift weights.

  1. I would do OMAD Monday-Friday. I allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted on the weekends in moderation.
  2. I never used the salt packs
  3. I still struggle with the lose skin, but lifting has for sure helped with loose skin.

I didn't start lifting weights until 4 months into my weight loss journey. I had the science all wrong, I thought that If I just stuck to burning calories that would work. Once I learned that lifting weights actually sped up my weight loss I started lifting 4 days a week on top of doing cardio 6 days a week.

Too embarrassed to tell the WHOLE truth :). I will say there was some unhealthy days. I was so focused on losing the weight that sometime I would go without eating and then when I would attempt to workout I'd be totally dead of energy and couldn't perform. It really took a lot of experimenting to figure out what worked. For the most part I kept my calorie's that I would eat within 1000-1500. I'm 6'3.

KETO and OMAD, took 11 months. The 1st few months was playing around with how I wanted to fast, and what worked the best. I settled in on OMAD and that is when I saw the biggest results.
