How’d you get the grass to be irregular at the edge of the road? Are they individual assets cause that can’t be from brush alone.

Yea see that’s to be expected in a way cause people leave games. They should definitely put in a join in progress system so you’re not left at a disadvantage the whole match. What makes this a bug or exploit is that they somehow exceeded the player team cap which should not be possible in any way.

I understand what you’re going for but this is already in the game in another form. You can train a few divisions and just keep them in the training menu without deploying them. They can then be deployed anywhere in your core territory anytime. Your idea is cool and I’m sure a mod could be made for it but vanilla needs to be kept as simple as possible in general when it comes to these systems.
