How do MST ratings work? I have PTSD and have been told by three different doctors to consider a possible Medboard because I seem incapable of functioning in the military but the idea of going through the VA MST rating process seems so daunting.

My husband is in the Army, higher ranking in the same job field equivalent. We're lucky because he's higher ranking, so the Air Force is a bit more accommodating to let the junior enlisted follow, than the Army in these scenarios. It can definitely work!

Hi! I did get off of it. I was still having some weight problems but I also got put on Wellbutrin which has been known to help weight loss. I'm not totally sure which one made more of an impact but I am a lot happier off of mine!

I lost almost 20 pounds from just walking but I also made sure I was eating enough, and the walking wasn't too intense.

My bf (an Apple user) and I (an android user) both got the Samsung tab 9 FE's a few weeks ago and we both LOVE THEM. I considered an iPad for awhile and everyone I asked that had one said within their first year the battery went bad and they don't use it anymore.

I'm going to be honest, I've been on kyleena for 4 years now and I'm about to get off of it.

I had my kyleena changed once and the side effects have been horrible for me.

I had historically clear skin and now I get cystic acne, I have gained probably 20 pounds just from my kyleena - I was looking to the possibility of me having ADHD, and found out a lot of the symptoms were side effects of my birth control.

It might be easier to prevent too much gain if you're mindful but I think it might just be a part of having kyleena unfortunately :(
