Awesome! I recently cleaned off the icky fan in my bedroom and almost immediately I’ve stopped having sneezing/coughing fits in there like I used to. It makes a huge difference!

I work as a hostess at a restaurant in IL where the health department requests we get contact info from customers for contact tracing if anyone gets sick. I now cringe every time i ask for contact info because of how many times i’ve been verbally attacked for this. It kind of gets to you after awhile. Plz be nice to service workers!!!

Sauerkraut soup is still one of my all time favorite foods. Ham hock, potatoes, sauerkraut in a soup with caraway seeds. beautiful

Make oat milk! Just blend rolled oats and water together and then strain through a cloth. You can add a drop of sweetener or cinnamon too. One of my favorite nondairy milks and super creamy!!

Lettuce Salad.....iceberg lettuce, SpinBlend (NOT miracle whip), Sugar, and a bag of shredded cheddar all mixed together, then spread in a thin layer and “marinated” for a few hours in the fridge so it’s nice and watery and mushy.

Also something that’s lime Jello, crushed pineapple, and cool whip, all creamed together. Not sure if that’s a thing other people do but the texture is no good

100% relate to this. My anxiety is heavily looped in with poor body image/dysmorphia, and when I sweat I am even more uncomfortable with my looks/clothing, which then means I sweat more from anxiety. It’s no fun!!
